The average order processing time 3-6 business days. Please note that this may be extended for large painting collection releases and promotions.
Shipping
- Packages are shipped from Monday to Friday, not including federal and provincial statutory holidays.
- Once your order leaves my studio, it's passed off to the courier for shipping. Please keep in mind that shipping time frames are not guaranteed, as weather and mail volume can affect delivery.
- When your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number to follow along on your packages' journey.
- If your order becomes delayed or lost, I will need to file a claim with the courier. Please reach out to me as soon as possible.

Local Pickup
When your order is ready, you'll receive an email with instructions to pick up your order.
To have someone else pick up your order for you, simply provide them with the pickup instructions.
I don't have the capacity to hold orders indefinitely. Please pick up your order within 2 weeks. Orders that have not been picked up within 90 days will be assumed abandoned and the order will be cancelled. No refunds will be offered.
